Define the Purpose of Essay
The firs t step towards topic selection is to defi ne the purpose of the essay that must be writ ten. Your purpose can be:

? To exp ain about the completion of a particular task
? To educate people about some person, plac e, thing or idea OR something else enti rely!!!
Whatever topic you choose must fit that purpose!
